If you feel uncomfortable at first when using this seat cushion, don't worry - this is normal. Simply give it 1-3 days to get used to it. When washing, remove the outer pillowcase for cleaning, as the color of other clothes may transfer to the product. Do not wash it together with other items, and store it in a ventilated, dry place afterwards. Note that the inner pillow cannot be cleaned.

During colder weather, the seat pillow may harden. If this occurs, we recommend placing it in a warm room for about 24 hours, after which it should become soft again.
